About Goodland Group
Goodland Group is a New Zealand residential development company established in 1994. For over 30 years, we have been creating quality communities across Auckland, Canterbury, and Otago — places where families put down roots and neighbourhoods form naturally over time.
Across 11 completed projects, we have delivered 702 residential sections. Each development reflects our belief that housing should be approached with care, not speculation — and that the best communities are built by people who take the long view.
We originate, fund, design, and manage every project ourselves. Our approach is conservative by design, collaborative by nature, and guided by the same values that shaped our first development three decades ago.
